Staying in a Southern Shores vacation home? Here's how you can use the SSCA amenities including beach parking, tennis and pickleball. 

Beach Parking

You've made it! Now that you're settled into your rental home, it's time to think about getting to the beach. The Southern Shores Civic Association maintains all the beach accesses in Southern Shores, including two beach parking areas. Read more about how to get to the beach on our Beach Access page. To use our parking lots, you will need to display a current SSCA guest parking pass. If your home is a member of the Southern Shores Civic Association, your rental company or host should have provided these to you. If you don't see them, contact your rental company before driving to the beach. We don't want you to get a ticket!

Also please be aware that there are additional parking areas that require different parking passes. Having an SSCA pass will not prevent you from being ticketed in spaces labeled as Town of Southern Shores Parking Permit Required or Chicahauk POA Parking Pass Required. Racquet Sports

Hoping to get your pickleball fix while on vacation? If your vacation home is also a member of the Racquet Club, your rental company should provide you with an email and password to log into Your Courts, where you can sign up for Open Play or reserve a time for Casual Play. If you prefer tennis, they can also provide you with the code to access the tennis courts, where you can use the paper sign up sheets there.
