Coming October 24 to the North Marina Pavilion!
It's time for a spooky celebration! The Second Annual “Spooktacular” Party Event will be held Saturday, October 24th, from 5:30 to 8 pm, for just $10 per person, and kids under 10 are free. Costumes are highly encouraged!
There will be PRIZES:
- Best Overall Costume (Single or Couple) - $100
- Most Scary Costume - $50
- Funniest or Silliest Costume - $50
BYOB and a finger food to share. The Boat Club will provide ice, coolers, plates, utensils, napkins, cups, spooky music for your dancing pleasure, hot spiced apple cider, and SCARY décor.
The LAST DAY to register is SUNDAY OCTOBER 18th. Sign up early - Registration is limited to 75 people!
Volunteers are needed!
You can sign up to volunteer right on the registration form. Volunteers receive a $5 credit on their fee! More information is below on volunteer duties.
Halloween Party Details
- Wear your costume to make it fun for everyone!
- No refunds will be given for no shows.
- No walk-ins will be allowed. All registrations must be prepaid.
- Carpooling, walking or biking is greatly encouraged. Please leave North Marina parking for our handicapped members only.
- All attendees must check in at the registration table.
- No pets allowed.






Volunteer Options
Volunteers get $5 credit so join up and have some fun!
1. Set-Up (12 Noon – 2 pm) – 8-10 people ideally
- Sweep and clean pavilion
- Clean drop-down curtains and arrange tables for a dance floor
- Set up pavilion and decorations (hanging lights, spider webs, other spooky items, etc.)
- Get ice, load coolers with ice
- Put out trash cans/pop up tent for check-in
- Table and dessert area decorations, set up apple cider, check in table decor
- Put out plates, napkins, cups
2. Check-In (5:00 – 6:15 PM) – 1-2 people
- Check off attendees from a registration list (no name tags)
3. Take-Down (8:00 - 8:30 PM) – 6-8 people
- Clean up area and garbage pails
- Put away table decorations and other decorations
4. Post Event (Sunday)
- Store coolers
- Put away lights and any remaining decorations
