Circle Pond Restoration

Circle Pond is a unique natural area in Southern Shores. A community-led volunteer group is working to restore its habitat through invasive-plant removal, native-plant restoration, and ongoing stewardship. SSCA members and other community volunteers are invited to participate in project work parties.  Learn more about the Circle Pond restoration effort and how to volunteer. 

Donate to Circle Pond Restoration

Donations to support Circle Pond projects are administered by the Southern Shores Civic Association (SSCA). Funds will be used exclusively for Circle Pond restoration, stewardship, volunteer activities, and related project expenses as approved by SSCA. Donate to Circle Pond Restoration

Commemorative Benches

SSCA members and their family members may request the SSCA to place a commemorative bench with plaque on one of the SSCA properties.
